Some fruits like limes, lemon and avocado also have alkaline. Herbal teas, fresh vegetable juices, green drinks, almond milk, soymilk and lemon water are also great items to include in the alkaline food chart. Writing those food items in your diet plan chart is the first step you will have to make to live a healthy lifestyle.

Eating about 60 to 80 percent of alkaline food is the most recommended healthy lifestyle you need to adopt. Mixing foods rich in alkaline has the greater chance to lower your body's acid level. Vegetables, drinks and other foods that are rich in alkaline will help you prevent sicknesses and balance your diet. Furthermore, it helps lowering your acid level. It is much better if you adopt this healthy lifestyle. Following all of these healthy tips is the best decision you can make today.
